Selling fake Loubitons for this price is horrible! I told an employee they’re fake and she said, “Someone will buy them for that.” Then the manager chimed in and said “Who cares if they’re fake, someone made them to wear.”
I get that these employees are clueless when it comes to luxury items, but then why price them at $150?!

The staff seem friendly except for the older Asian cashier. They should have her in the back, certainly not dealing with customers. She is curt & often rude, not at all pleasant. I tried to return a faulty item & she kept spewing, final sale with hatred on her face. I felt totally demeaned.

I tried to drop some items off at 7:50 pm and was told to come back because there were only 2 people there and they were closing in 10 minutes. I think you need to change the hours of donation drop offs or let your employees know that they can still accept donations until 8pm like it says in your site. There were no customers in the store. Don’t see why they couldn’t have helped me.

My favourite thrift store, with the sweetest staff. Everyone complaining seems to forget that there are costs to run non-profits still? It costs $6 to buy a jug of milk these days, relax.

I have been to a lot of salvation armies in the lower mainland, this location has the most ridiculous, outrageous and exorbitant prices out of all the locations. It’s literally impossible to buy anything there because of how stupid the prices are. I’m surprised to see some people still shop there.
