I used to love this store and visited weekly or even more often for clothing finds. But the renovation has made the shopping experience so much worse. Clothing has been pushed to the back with fewer racks and the space between them is incredibly tight, making it so hard to browse. The front of the store is now dominated by home goods. A very disappointing change, as this used to be a great stop for clothing. I was counting days until the reopening. Now I’m not sure I’ll be coming back at all. :( I urge the staff and management to reconsider this change.

Every day I pass by on my way to work and it's always a pleasant surprise to see all the things you can find here: dresses, water bottles, shot glasses, everything is so pretty, you could find a real gem.

I used to love this store and come out often. However, the recent renovations have completely changed everything. The clothes section has been crammed into the back, and men’s clothes section is very small. Organization hasn’t been great, with lots of women’s items in the mens section. Pricing is outrageous, and some of the items on the shelves are truly low quality. I’m not the first nor only person to comment on this, I hope management can make some adjustments. As it stands, I am not really interested in going back.
Don’t really understand why the renovation was needed anyway? Previous layout was a better shopping experience. They even removed the dedicated electronic testing area.

I advise donors to consider put up your items for free on marketplace to people in need instead of here.
This place pick and choose. I brought in 3 boxes of office and house items and 1 large bag of brand clothings . Tarik at the donation receiving site was rude. Asked me to take back one box of office folders and took in the other profitable bags of items in. I was going to drop at recycle box next by and he told me not to and ensure I don’t use their recycle bins. Stingy and lack of courtesy to the max. There was no signage of what they cannot collect there nor on their website.
Spoke to the manager Narmada about this guy’s attitude and their policy. This guy obviously knew he was at wrong and tried to pretend to be another staff and gave me a fake name when I called in to ask about him and report him. She was defending his action until i told them I would take back everything I dropped off and donate to another location, which i would going forward. I’d assume his behaviour might be trained by the managements here.
This place is making “pure profit” from us donors and they clearly only want high profit items only. As I share this experience, it seems to make more sense to donate on FB marketplace to people in need and other thrift store locations instead of make this greedy place more profit with rude and lack of manner staff here.
I also take coupons to give out to seniors who might shop there since I have no use for the coupons. I notice tarak did not offer coupon to all donors and you have to ask for it, I had to ask for mine and when I asked for more he was again rude and refused to give more than one disregard the amount of items I donated.
Not coming back here.

I find it highly unethical to sell goods often at higher rates than retail brand new, under the auspices of charity. Especially since it’s donated with the hopes that it’ll reach lower income folks who could use a hand. Whoever’s doing the pricing needs to chill lol
